Inviting team members
Add managers or staff with scoped permissions.
On the Business plan, you can invite other people to help run your store from Team in your dashboard, without sharing your own login.
Roles
- Manager: manages products, orders, discount codes, and analytics.
- Staff: views and processes orders, and views products.
Only you, as the store owner, can access billing, storefront customization, team management, and account settings. Roles limit what a team member can see and change in the dashboard; they do not get owner-level access.
Inviting someone
Enter their email address, pick a role, and send the invite. They will need to accept it and, if they do not already have a Vezstora account, create one to join your store.
Team size
The Business plan supports up to 4 team members at a time (including pending invites that have not been accepted yet). You can change a member's role or remove them at any time from the same page.
