01I've never built a website before. How easy is this, really?

Very easy. Sign up, pick a store name, upload your first product photo, set a price, and your store is live at yourname.vezstora.com. The whole process takes about 10 minutes. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Vezstora, no tech skills needed.

02Do my customers need to download an app or create an account?

No. Customers click your link, browse products, and pay, all from their phone browser with no app or sign-up. Checkout takes under a minute: name, email, and pay by card, bank transfer, or USSD.

03How will I know when someone places an order?

The moment a customer checks out, it appears in your dashboard instantly with full details: their name, items ordered, and amount paid. Filter by status, mark orders fulfilled, and track everything from your phone or laptop.

04Can customers pay by bank transfer or USSD, not just cards?

Yes. Choose Paystack, Flutterwave, or Monnify as your payment gateway and customers can pay by debit/credit card, instant bank transfer, USSD (*737#, *901#, etc.), or Visa QR depending on the gateway. Most Nigerian customers prefer bank transfer; your store accepts it automatically with no extra setup.

05What are the fees? Am I charged monthly even if I don't sell?

There's no platform transaction fee, ever, on any plan. Free costs ₦0/month, no card required. Pro, Business, and Elite are flat quarterly or yearly subscriptions (cheaper per month if you pay yearly), charged regardless of how much you sell. Your chosen payment gateway's own standard processing fees apply to each payment, same as any store you'd build elsewhere.

06Can I pause a product without deleting it?

Yes. Every product has a live/off toggle. Flick it off and the product vanishes from your storefront immediately; customers can't see or buy it. Flick it back on when you restock. Photos, descriptions, and pricing are saved exactly as you left them.

07What happens to my store if I stay on the free plan forever?

Nothing bad. Your Free store stays live indefinitely with up to 5 active products at no cost. We never delete your products or order history. You only upgrade when you need more products, extra features like a custom domain, or a higher plan's perks, on your own timeline.

08Is my customers' payment data safe?

Completely. We never see or store any card details; all payments run entirely through your chosen gateway. Paystack and Flutterwave are both PCI-DSS Level 1 certified and licensed by the CBN; Monnify is operated by Moniepoint, a CBN-licensed microfinance bank. Your store data is encrypted at rest on Supabase and served over HTTPS at all times.
