01Is the Free plan actually free forever?
Yes. Free stays free with no time limit, no trial expiry, and no credit card required. You get up to 5 products, your own storefront link, and Paystack or WhatsApp payments. You only upgrade when you outgrow it.
02What’s the difference between quarterly and yearly billing?
Both give you the exact same plan and features. Paying yearly just locks in a lower effective monthly rate (about 17% less) since it's one payment covering four quarters instead of four separate ones.
03Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time. Upgrade instantly from your dashboard and you're on the new plan immediately. If you downgrade, you keep your current plan's features until your current billing period ends.
04What happens to my products if I go over my plan’s limit?
Nothing is deleted. If you're at your product limit, you just can't add new active products until you upgrade or deactivate an existing one. Everything you've already built stays exactly as it is.
05Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. Your plan's subscription price is everything you pay Vezstora. Paystack's own standard processing fees apply to each transaction, same as any other checkout, but Vezstora doesn't add a separate percentage on top.
06What payment methods can I use to pay for my subscription?
Subscription payments run through Paystack, so you can pay by debit/credit card, bank transfer, or USSD, the same options your own customers get at your storefront's checkout.
