Collecting product reviews
How customer reviews show up on your storefront.
On the Business plan, customers can leave a star rating and comment on products they have bought, and those reviews show up on your storefront to help other shoppers decide.
Verified purchases only
A customer can only review a product they have actually purchased from your store. This keeps reviews trustworthy and stops random visitors from leaving unrelated ratings.
Ratings
Reviews are a 1 to 5 star rating plus an optional comment. Your Reviews dashboard page shows every review you have received along with your store's average rating.
Getting more reviews
If you are on Business and have email marketing enabled, the review request automation emails customers a little while after their order is fulfilled, prompting them to leave a review while the purchase is still fresh. See Email marketing automations.
