Managing stock and inventory

Track stock levels and adjust quantities in bulk.

Inventory (Pro and above) gives you a dedicated view of stock across your catalog, separate from the product editor, so you can adjust quantities without opening each product one by one.

Low-stock alerts

Set a low-stock threshold in Settings → Notifications. Any product at or below that quantity is flagged in the Inventory list, and you get a heads-up before you sell out completely.

Bulk stock adjustment

Search for products (or their size and color variants), set a quantity for each, and apply the change in one batch instead of editing products individually. Choose a direction, add stock or remove it, and a reason:

  • Restock: new stock coming in.
  • In-person sale: sold outside the storefront, e.g. in a physical shop.
  • Damage / loss: stock removed because it is no longer sellable.
  • Correction: fixing a count that was wrong (works for adding or removing).

You can add an optional note, like a receipt number, so the adjustment is easy to trace later.

How stock and orders interact

When a customer buys a product, its stock decreases automatically. Once a product hits zero stock, it stops being purchasable on your storefront until you restock it or raise the quantity.
